Refilled, sealed and inserted in next to no time:

The capsule holds 8 grams of ground coffee and the accompanying measuring scoop fits perfectly into the capsule. Filled to the brim it is placed into the capsule and turned around, so that not a single grain is spilled.

The GUSTO PURO capsule comes without thread or closure. It is simply sealed with a soft vacuum lid that is slightly pressed onto the capsule.

The solid build-in sieve filter made of stainless steel extracts a high-grade espresso with a full crema – all without any coffee additives, or even plastic or aluminium in the coffee.

Description

Make sure that you have placed the stainless-steel filter disc on top of the ground coffee before you close the capsule with the black silicone disc. By doing so, you will not only produce a better crema but also avoid that hot water and ground coffee leaks from the top of the capsule.

If the brewing process was unsuccessful, wait 1-2 minutes for the pressure in the machine to drop before opening the lever. Do not open the lever by force while the machine is under pressure!
